What's a Blind Box?

Blind Box refers to the type of sealed packaging that keeps the contents of the toy a mystery until you open it. Blind boxes typically come in a Series that are made up of a variety of different figures / designs that are usually depicted on the side of the box listed along with the odds of finding each one. Some are rarer than others and some are even super rare and hard to find. These are referred to as secret or chase figures.

What shipping options are available?

We provide standard shipping services. Due to your address, we will choose the most suitable shipping service to send your order. Our minimum order for free shipping will be 100 USD.

If I place an order, how long I will receive my order?

This shipping method take a delivery time around 20 days,there will be a time more or less different according to your destination according to the country your destination is.

Can I see how much shipping will cost before I confirm my order?

When you add items to cart, the system will caculate the shipping fees, you will see the shipping fees directly.

When will my order ship?

Confirmed orders usually process within 7 business working days. Once your order is ready to ship, you'll receive the notify information through email.

Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

An order could only be cancelled before its shipment. Once the parcel is shipped, the order is irreversible and cannot be cancelled
